- Milan HauserType: junmai, rice: Gohyankumangoku, Ippanmai, SMV: 4, acidity: 1.5, yeast: K701, alc: 15% I bought this sake online and it was bottled in 2019 so the seller had it on shelf for 2 years. I think it affected both aroma and taste. The color was a little bit yellowish. Aroma of rice with sweet sugary almost caramel notes. Like sweet rice porridge with raisins. The taste was somewhat like aged sake. There were some rice notes with nuts and raisins. There was slight bitterness to it.
Milan Hauser is using Sakenowa. Why don't you start using it too?
