Ueno -> Aomori🚌 Aomori -> Hakodate Ferry ⛴️ This set is very cheap! My daughter was invited by her friend who won the ticket last year and went by herself! From Hakodate, we took the train 🚃. We stayed in Tomakomai!

What the heck, Hakodate➡️ Tomakomai, that's a 3 hour train ride!
I used to stay at a hotel in Tomakomai every year for the 🐴 tour 😊 between Hakodate➡️ Tomakomai sometimes delays due to contact with deer 😅.
By the way, it's not electrified so it's a train 😁😁.

I had a battle to find a place to stay along with applying for the ticket lottery, but there were only expensive hotels left in Sapporo... I got a hotel in Tomakomai at a reasonable price 😉Train ⁉️ is called "express" in case you are wondering 🤔.
