My family went to Awaji Island to celebrate me 🚙.
It has been a tradition for me to get a freshly prepared Sandesi by Miyako Bijin when I go to Awaji Island, but this time I decided to have something else.
Honjo Shuzo's Minamicho🍶.
I'm not sure of the details other than it is a sake from Awaji Island 🤣.
It was smooth and dry and went well with the food👍.
The rice flavor, depth of flavor, and the mood of the trip covers that 🤣.
But Awaji Island, every time I go there, the west coast is getting more developed 😳
