We drink Daishichi mainly with pickles with sake lees from Okawa Fish Store, which we got on a trip to Iwaki City, Fukushima Prefecture at the end of the year.
They use Daishichi's sake lees.
I feel again that a snack with sake is a friend with rice.
Especially cod roe and sujiko.
Cold sake, room temperature to heated sake 🍶♨️.
It is a well-made sake with a strong core that can be served at any temperature.
100 Fukushima Prefecture sake check-in.
We also served it with "Taro Beef Stew" which we saw and made on YouTube's "Mamakai Challenge! and made it together with 👍.

Thank you, Sashi 😊.
Fukushima sake is very versatile and there are a lot of good sake 👍.
Daishichi is a well-made sake and its true value is in heating sake 🍶♨️, but it tastes great cold too.
