The one I was drinking while playing mahjong.
I think it has almost no aroma. Dare I write that it has a slightly refreshing alcoholic aroma?
I feel a slight green apple-like sweetness and sourness on the palate. It is a clean and refreshing sake that you would not expect from a junmai sake 😆.
The sake has a light umami flavor and a crisp alcohol and acidity that finishes nicely 😍.
It's a sake that goes better with food without the fruity and unique minerality of Morishima 😆.
It's really delicious when drunk at room temperature, as the outline of the rice flavor becomes clearer 🤤.
This is a good value for money at 1300 yen including tax ❤️
By the way, I often eat pickled melon around this time of year 😋.
I've tried a few different kinds, and the melon pickles in the third picture, which are on sale at the uphill SA in Tomobe, are delicious 😁.
You can drink as much sake as you want with this and sake alone 🍶.

I see you have a Fuji Taikan 4-gallon bottle! I went to buy it before but they only had 1 bottle and I gave up😅.
I'm really curious about the pickled melon 🍈.

Hi kino.😃It's basically a local brand, so I'm sure the liquor stores that like it stock it by the bottle 🤣Morishima is more modern and easier to drink👍.
The pickled melon is really good, but it's only available this time of year...

Hi Pon-chan 😃Morishima is easier to drink, but I think this is definitely the best choice for food 👌Ibaraki is the largest melon production area in Japan, so they sell a lot of thinned melons this time of year, and every household pickles them 😆.

Is it true that you will let me try it once? I'm sure he'll let you try it once 😎.

Hi 3KAN4ON 😊
I don't think sweet melon goes well with sake, so I'll let you sake drinkers eat this small, salty, pickled melon 🤣.

Hello Comrade Manachie 😃.
The name sounds like Koshu sake or Suruga sake and it's a Hitachi-shu ❗️
The pickled melon looks delicious, but it's more suitable for beer 🍺 than sake 😆.

Hello Comrade Chichi😃Originally it was Yokoyama Taikan's Taikan, but it has been Fuji for some years now 🙄.
If I say it's suitable for beer, it's usually more beer than sake 🤣No worries, it goes well with sake too🙆
