As an aramasist, I have to drink flax cat 🤔.
Today I drink flax cat and flax cat spark 😌.

By the way...
It is named after the creamy (flaxen) color that is produced when yellow malted rice for sake and white malted rice for real shochu are mixed.
Also, in the Shinsei private lab concept of the four gods, they had an image of a white tiger, but since it was finished supple, they changed the tiger to a cat and it became a flax cat 🤔.
Flax Cat Spark😹.
When you pour it into a glass, you can feel the carbonation! When you put it in your mouth, it is more like champagne than sake 🍾.

It has a nice balance of sourness, sweetness and bitterness and tastes like grapefruit!
I also love the freshness of sparkling 😆.

Jimny has been delivered \(◡̈)/\(◡̈)/
I was told it would be a year wait, but actually it was 10 months 😊.
Now I'll be able to go down the narrowest of roads with ease!
