I made the photo monochrome to match the name of the plant 🦾.
Gin Ginga" from Iwate Prefecture, 50% polished🌾
This is a Toji (brewer)'s speciality sake that has been carefully processed and fermented at a low temperature for a long time. We are very proud of it!
It has a sweet and sour taste, but it is not clear.
It's clear, firm, and crisp❗️.
The aroma through the nose is elegant🥀
It's a great wine to drink.
It's deep ☺️.
This is the first time I've tasted it. I'm not sure if it's the hard water
I'm not sure if it's a good thing or not.
It leaves a nice aftertaste...
