If you had to choose between Flax Cat Spark🐈⬛ and Yonotori🦅, which would you choose? 🤔
I got the same one from a different lot, so I'm opening a bottle 😁.
I know it says to be careful when opening the bottle but I was able to open it easily without any hassle 🤣.
The aroma is clean and sweet, but not too strong 🤔.
The sparkling wine has a pleasant fizziness in the mouth 😍.
The sweet and sour grapefruit-like citrus flavor is the first thing that comes to my mind, and when I take a bite of the peel, I can feel the sweetness.
The bitter taste like biting into the peel is the first thing you feel in your mouth 😍.
It is a good sake for hot summers because it is refreshing 🫠.
However, due to the fact that it is made with white malted rice
I can hardly feel the taste of rice 😥.
It feels more like white wine than sake 😋.
I wonder what would be the best way to match it with food as a food wine? 🤔
It didn't go with tonight's hokke or boiled komatsuna.
I drank it by itself and then ate the food 🤣.
