Last Saturday, after drinking about 60% of Yamasan, I switched to Masayo, which I like to drink on a regular basis.
I feel like I've gone from an enka singer to an anime voice actor 😁.
Narukami is said to be a Yamato word meaning "thunder". I felt a connection with Masayo because this sake is served in Utsunomiya, which is also called the "thunder capital" because it has the highest number of thunderstorms in Japan during the summer.
This is a commercialized version of the 2nd test brew that was well received and is said to be dry 🤔.

I'm not sure if the aroma is too strong or too weak, but it's a good sake with a light and refreshing flavor 😙It's also quite fruity, so I don't feel like it's dry...
On Sunday, the second day, Masayo-san seemed to have a more rounded flavor and more umami 😋.
Oh, by the way, I went to see the basketball 🏀 game the other day and saw the highlights on ❗️ YouTube, and we were on it a bunch of times 🤗.
I should have worn my J&N offline uniform so everyone could see us 😆.
