Yesterday, we watched the annual Hakone Ekiden near Yokohama Station 👀the first sale around the station, then returned home and paid a visit to a local shrine for the first time 🙏 and had zoni in the evening.
I make it Kanto style, soy sauce based, with boiled rice cake instead of baked 😊.
And then we had some 而今 nigori that I won at the end of the year in a raffle ✨.
When opening the bottle, the gas was so strong that it spilled a little 😅.
You can smell the mild sweet fruity aroma and the aroma of rice. You can feel the gas, and the fruity sweetness gives way to a full-bodied umami, mild acidity, which disappears along with the gas.
The aroma is citrus and banana🍌. My impression is almost the same as when I drank it outside 🤔.
I'm going to try heated sake as well since it's a house drink.
Lukewarm Warmed It has a mild sweetness that spreads, but it also has a sharpness to it. Makes my throat hot ✨.
Hot sake: After the sharp sweetness, it gets zingy, but loses its sharpness.
It has the same mild sweetness as the lukewarm sake, but it has no sharpness. The aroma has a banana-like quality.
I'm going on a two-day/one-night car trip to Fukui starting at midnight today, and I'm worried about the snow, but I'm going to enjoy it ✨.
