♫ Happy Birthday to you🎶 So today, November 8, is the birthday of my husband, the head of our sake storage department 🎂! Happy Birthday 🎉! I thought No.6 for his birthday was a bit too much, but (I write this as if I gave it to him, but he bought it and stored it in our Lemacom 💦), his wish comes first is our family motto. Now, let's open the bottle. My first impression was that it was sweeter than I expected from Shinsei. The citrusiness is mild, but instead it has a fresh sweetness like white peaches. The aroma of the barrel is the last thing I smelled, but it was somewhat similar to the alcohol taste, and I was wondering if this aroma would become milder if I let it sit a little longer. But, well, it was definitely a delicious sake 😊👍

Happy birthday to Mr. Wakata and his husband 🎂🎊🎉! The storage manager has no complaints if he opens a bottle of his treasured No.6 on his own special day 😊. The temperature at which it's drunk and the alcohol content changes depending on the drinking vessel, so it's a sake you want to try out in various ways 🍶.
