October 23rd will be my 66th birthday😇.
So for a week from today, I will be unleashing my sake collection that I have accumulated over the past year😇.
First of all, the night before my birthday, we will be having our family's standard toast sake, Sansho-san 😀.
Today's Sake is Yamadanishiki Rokunosozo, which I had carefully stored in the sake cellar for this day 😀.
This time we also compared this sake with one that had been brought to room temperature 😀.
The basic taste was almost the same at room temperature and chilled, but it tastes better chilled because you can't taste the fizzy chirichiri-ness that is unique to Sansho 😇.
I'm going to be opening a lot of stupid sake for a while, so please bear with me 🙇.
