Nakasendo Walking Day 2
16.8 km from Miyanokoshi inn to Kiso Hirasawa station on this day 👣.
At a supermarket near Kiso Hirasawa station, we bought Sandesi again as an after-dinner drink.
100% home-grown Yamae-Nishiki from Kiso-gun Kamimatsu-cho
Polishing ratio 55
Alcohol 13%.
Fruity aroma, fresh, soft sweetness, and a refreshing flavor!
Fruity and modern taste. Easy to drink and delicious. ❣️
It is lighter in sweetness and stronger in umami than the same label of the hi-iru sake we drank in spring!
We ate seasonal Japanese sweets, chestnut kinton and chestnut-flour rice cakes at the Yabuhara Inn. Unfortunately, the Yukawa Sake Brewery of Kuroemon XVI on the upper right was closed 😢.
We crossed the Torii Pass, a bit of a climb, to Narai-juku. The appearance of an inn town with many lacquer ware stores lined up.
The Suginomori Sake Brewery in the lower right was open, but it looks like they may or may not be doing retail 🙄.
To be continued

What a wonderful trip to go walking along the Nakasendo road 🚶♀️ in the good season of autumn leaves 😊.
It's also fun to stop by local sake breweries and supermarkets in between and buy some unique local sake ✌️

The brewery is now an accommodation 🤔.
When I tried to buy it there, I was advised to go through the internet🤣.
I bought it before at a small liquor store diagonally across from the brewery 🌈

Wow ♡Naraijuku❣️ I've only seen it in pictures, but it's a nice and elegant town 🥰.
I drank "narai" by Suginomori Sake Brewery before, and it's the highest brewery in Japan 😊I'd love to visit 😌.

Wow ❣️ thank you for this too 😊
I couldn't help but notice that the Tsubu family drinks narai👍✨🤣They also run a rather expensive hotel for foreign tourists, so the cedar forest has changed a lot 😳.
