I opened a bottle of Tasake Tokusyu, so I opened a bottle of Jikin Tokusyu as well.
I also opened a bottle of Jikin Special Jun 😊.
So called drinking comparison 😋.
I thought for the first time when I compared them...
It tastes very close to what I didn't expect!
I was surprised 😳
I don't know if you can tell if you drink it with your eyes closed😅.
The balance of umami and sourness is very similar.
Tasake's sweetness and sourness is slightly stronger
Tasake is gorgeous and 🌸
Jikin is more subdued ☺️
