This is the first time I've seen it, but have we had it before? 🤔
To be honest, I bought it because of the name of the sake 🤣.
Tachika is a Japanese style ginjo aroma with a bit of graininess☺️.
Very refreshing and yeast-like acidity 😆.
It has a citrusy sweetness like orange 🍊.
It has a crisp and refreshing aftertaste.
but it's a bit lacking in cold sake 😅.
When it's raised to chilled level, you can taste the rice flavor.
The rice flavor is very strong and full-bodied😍.
The sweetness and sharpness of cold sake with the umami of rice
It has a good balance between the sweetness and crispness of cold sake and the umami of the rice, which I like a lot 😋.
It's a beautiful and delicious sake.
But the alcohol content of 13% is not enough for me.
I think it's a matter of taste 🤔.

I bought a bottle of Junmai Daiginjo as well, so I'll open it soon 🎶.
