Kumamoto 9 yeast originated in this brewery.
The labels of this series are a combination of the numbers 9 and Kanji characters: "Fuki", "Ryo", and "Mellow".
I think this series started a few years ago, but I heard that the toji of Hana-no-Kou moved to Karou a few years ago (according to information from the liquor store).
After that, a series combining this "9" with Kanji characters seems to have been released.
I was hoping for something a little more like Hana-no-Kou.
It is an easy-to-drink food type with a gentle sweetness and a gentle umami 😋.
Yesterday was the building raising of my eldest son's house.
Now that he has a house, I want him to take root in Kumamoto and live proudly in Kumamoto.

Hi honda! 😄
I don't think I've seen much of Koro? 🤔I'll buy it when I see this label... 😋You've done a great job with your eldest son's own home! Excellent 👍

Hi honda ☀️
Congrats to your oldest son on his building 🎉 Amazing that you're building instead of buying!
Cheers to the local brew 😄.

Good evening, honda ⭐️I've never heard of the Kumamoto Sake Brewing Institute before! Is this sake your granddaughter's Hinamatsuri sake? 🎎.

Good evening, honda!
I've never heard of this brewery before, but it's the origin of #9 yeast 😊.
And building up✨ It's nice to be proud of your hometown 😆.
I'm a country boy myself, so I think it's unnecessary👍

I had a great respect for daiginjo because it was so delicious, but the toji has changed 🤔The traditional brewery that originated the No. 9 yeast is also changing and evolving 😄.

honda, I'm learning 😳.
I have a strong image of Koroh as a heated sake, but the label is cute and I'd like to try it 😋.
Congratulations ㊗️on your new building🏠🍾.

Haruei Chichi, you mentioned spring labels and I remembered👍️.
There was a spring sake called "Saki" (picture #3), but it was sued because it looked very similar to Hakkaisan's "Saki", and some of the labels disappeared in the middle of last year.
Not sure if it will be this year🤣.

takeshon-san I've always been pretty serious when it comes to Kumamoto sake 🤣.

Hello MAJ ☀️
I think there are some places in Fukuoka that sell them, but I haven't seen any.
There aren't too many raw sake at Koroh, so it might be sitting in the room temperature section 🤣.

Hello Pon-chan ☀️
My eldest son and his wife had an apartment in the countryside, but if you work hard to pay for the land, you can build a house for the same amount of money per month.

Hello Yucachin-san ☀️
Kumamoto has a lot to be proud of in terms of rice, water, and yeast for sake, but the breweries and liquor stores are not very good at PR.
Except for the hinamatsuri sake, I'll raise a pretty one👍️.

Hello kino.
The older I get, the more I love my hometown.
Are you from the country, Mr. kino❗
Are you a country bumpkin, kino?
I was going to make fun of him, but then I looked it up and found that Gifu had a larger population🤣.

Hello sleepy healer ☀️
After some of the younger members of Hana-no-Kou trained at Otters, Sakurabana was released. I heard that he trained with them and learned from them.
It's not very Hana-Ko or Otter-like, but please try it🤣.

Takubon-san Hello ☀️
After reading Takubon's review, I decided to use local sake "Fuki" for the building launch🤣.
Local sake is the best at times like this👍️.

Hello Mr. Chidori, ☀️
Maybe "Fuki" is also the type that tastes better when heated 👍️.
But I don't heat it up much, so I'll leave it to Chidorisaki to review the heating process 🤣.
