I'm in the mood for something to drink today. I thought about having another bottle of Kaze no Mori in honor of Kaze no Mori Weeks, but I decided to drink it while it is still hot. I thought about it, but I decided to drink it while it is still hot. So, today I would like to try a sake from a brewery that I have never tasted before. It is Aizan Junmai, brewed by Yoshikawa Brewery using the Amezui yeast yeast. When I was researching the sake breweries in Kanagawa Prefecture, I happened to notice that "Ameuri" was written in Japanese and read "Afuri" (meaning "rainfall" in Japanese), and I was even more curious when I saw a post about drinking this brewery's sake at Sake no Wa. I was so excited to see the post about drinking this brewery's sake. I always preface my posts with a long explanation 💧. First, the aroma. It has a refreshing aroma that gets me excited. When you put it in your mouth, it is soft and you can feel a slight citrus freshness. It is easy to drink and delicious, with a hint of sweetness and sourness. In addition, a slight spiciness and bitterness are also felt, increasing the freshness of the sake. I also like the lingering sweetness that lingers on the palate. I am happy with it. Today, too, I spent a blissful time, thankful for the delicious sake.

Thanks for your comments, Jay & Nobby. Black rainfall, is it from Yumachi? I imagine it is. When I saw it, there was a black Omachi dry type and a white Aizan sweet type 😲. I look forward to reading your posts, Jay & Nobby 😊.
