Buy Abelia and also this one 100% Gohyakumangoku grown in Hyogo Prefecture Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol 16%. Melon-like aroma, chili freshness Melon-like fruity flavor. Soft sweetness, umami, bitterness and spiciness, with a nice aftertaste. On the second day, more melon! Less sweetness and freshness, more umami and a strong taste. The bitterness is softer and the aftertaste is better than yesterday. 4th and 5th day, the gassiness has subsided, but the taste is almost the same. The brewer of Okada Honke in Kakogawa is a classmate of the brewer at Tokyo University of Agriculture, and they made this wine using Gohyakumangoku from the same Hyogo Prefecture. Okada Honke's Morinori version has a yellow label with pink letters. I wish I could have compared the two!

Hi, Pon-chan. Interesting that two breweries of the same class are brewing with the same concept ✨. I'm excited to see your post and the various challenges the brewery is taking on 🎵. I'm intrigued because I feel like this is a well-balanced sake that I would like 😊.

Hello Pon-chan ^_^ Rairaku is a sake I have never seen before. Abelia looks good, but this one looks good too✨. I wonder if it is my wife's favorite? I think...which was your favorite flavor?

Hi Pon. 😊 The image of sake making was sacred and I thought the image of sake brewing seemed to be sacred and frequent, but there are many ways to make sake, such as women as toji (master brewers) or different types of rice are used to make sake. I think it's a good thing. The number of young presidents has also increased 😂.

Ponchan, good evening 🌃 Both are delicious sake 😋. Rairaku, I think it tastes as good as the national sake 😊Kurafuto only wholesales to liquor stores that carry both Rairaku and Morinori 🤔.

Hello! It is interesting to hear that we are classmates and that the sake is brewed with the same Hyogo Gohyakumangoku. I would love to compare the drinks 🤤 but only a limited number of liquor stores carry it. I like it...

Hi, ma-ki-chan 🐦. I thought it was wonderful that you and your classmates cooperate and inspire each other to make good things... ✨ Asano Sake Shop is having a fair for these two breweries this week and it looks like you can drink both of them. I would love to try them 😁.

Hi Manta 🐦. I took the opportunity to visit this brand because you don't see it even in Shiga Kyoto 😊It was hot and I preferred the refreshing Kurafuto, but now it could be the sweet Abelia 😁. I wonder if Manta and his wife are also Kurafuto 🤔.

Hi Koizo 🐦. I drank everything but the abelia, which reminded me of Banshu Ikken, so perhaps you would like it 🤔 If you ever come back here, please give it a try 😊.

Hi Ikka Iyasumi 🐦. I didn't know about this project until I searched for it after I bought it 😂I didn't do enough research because I could have gotten the Morinori Ver. at a liquor store in Akashi 😅I wonder if I can go to the fair at Asano Sake Store 😅.
