Past Drinking, Home Drinking Luxury Edition
Comparison of Junmai Daiginjo series released in "4 consecutive months" from May to August, with the same polished rice, same yeast, and different rice varieties only.
The fourth and last bottle is Choshu Yamadanishiki.
The aroma is quite subdued.
On the palate...
Ah, clarity!
Modest in every sense of the word.
Not too much of a show-off, which is typical of the honor student Yamada 👍.
The clear, refreshing aftertaste doesn't interfere with the meal.
Perfectly suited for a mealtime drink.

Finally
We regret to inform you that Mr. Miki Fujioka has retired from Choshu Sake Brewery...
I wonder if this comparison was only for this year...
I should have drank it with more care...
I can't help but wish him success in his new start!

Haruei Chichi Daishogun, my goodness, I see that Mr. Fujioka has left the company. Is it a challenge for a new sake? I wonder if this gorgeous drinking comparison was a precious opportunity for him. ‼️
It's nice to be an honor student who doesn't get too bossy. ☺️

Good evening Comrade Chichi 🌆.
I see you announced your resignation 😅I thought you were just going to quit since you didn't announce it at all 😨.
Hope you can continue to drink delicious Tenbi from now on 😂.

Haruei Chichi I was also shocked when I saw the news... It's a shame because all Tenbi sake is really clear and has no alcohol taste, so it's like it can be enjoyed by people. I hope Mr. Fujioka will make sake again somewhere.

Chichi, thank you very much. ❗️
Just yesterday I was reviewing what I drank at the Kansai Off-line Meeting.
There were a lot of rumors about it, but I was surprised when it was officially announced 👀.
I'm going to do a review of the 5 different kinds later too 💡.

Chichi, my best friend forever, also here: 🙇♀️
I want to do a drinking contest of Amami.
I'd love to do a Tenbi drinking contest!
If there is a set of 4 bottles, I might just snap it up 😁.

Good evening, Haruei Chichi☆(*´ч`*)
I'm sorry to hear that the female head brewer of Amami has quit. It seems that a lot of things happened...we don't know the truth, so it's not good to speculate on various things. But it's a shame that the taste has changed.

Haruei Chichi, nice to meet you 😀
It's a great pity that this brewery has been revived in my hometown, because I thought it would become even more wonderful in the future 😓.

マナチー同志、おはようございます😃
不穏なハナシはもっと前からあったのでフェードアウトを心配してましたが、ちゃんと報告されただけまだマシかなぁと
しかし、美樹元杜氏も酒蔵の方もどうなるのか心配ですね

Good morning Joe 😃.
Thank you for appointing me General 😊.
I was allowed to splurge, but I should have taken better care of my drink if it was going to be like this...
Choshu Yamadanishiki was indeed a great taste👍

Hi, Sheri 😃.
Yes, it is ❗️
I'm bewildered because I don't know what the truth is.
I can only say that I will support both of them from now on.
I wish the sake brewery the same quality and Miki the best of luck in his fresh start ❗

Good morning, Yasube 😃.
Oh, you are from Shimonoseki❓
It is a place that has produced many talented people not only during the Meiji Restoration but also in Sakegawa: ❗️
Let's pray for the preservation of the quality of the brewery and for a fresh start and success for former Touji Miki: ‼️
