This time it is Tengu Mai.
Many people have been drinking Tengu Mai lately and it looks delicious, so I found a recovery support sake and brought it back 😋.
Crystal color tone.
First at room temperature.
The top aroma is raisin-like, but also mineral and sweet cider-like.
Smooth mouthfeel. The beautiful sake quality is enriched with soft acidity and creamy rice flavor, and the second half has a sharp taste with a bitter bitterness. Finally, the fragrant aroma of rice lingers.
When heated, the sweetness and umami of the rice expands and becomes delicious! I thought it was delicious cold, but it was 👍 heated up.
The freshness of the new sake and the taste of rice are very apparent in this Yamahai Junmai, which is very easy to drink and will keep you coming back for more.
Pairing it with the black vinegar pork I bought at the supermarket was surprisingly good. Mild sweet and sour flavors go well with each other?
Recently, our family has been having nightly beaver parties 🎉.
Whenever someone opens a beaver, we become like insects swarming around the lights at night.
