After enjoying the crab, the wife and children stayed overnight at the in-laws' house, and I went home by train because I had work the next day.
But I didn't want to miss this chance, so I got off at Fukui Station and went to Sake Katsudo 🍶.
I saw this bottle in the cellar and ordered it immediately!
Sono Kangiku Denshogiku Junmai Daiginjo Yamadanishiki 50 Orikigarami Unfiltered Nama Sake
White grape? Pineapple? The sweet aroma reminds us of white grapes or pineapples, and the sweet umami that goes down the throat smoothly, followed by a lingering taste with impact and bitterness in the back of the throat.
We don't have enough stock for one cup, so we can proceed with the comparison with the "non-origarami one" ✨.
I prefer the "ORIGAMI" when it's cold, but as the temperature rises, the sweetness and umami of both expands, but I think I prefer the "NOT ORIGAMI" for the degree of expansion 🤔.
