Yesterday, February 2nd, it has been 3 years since I registered with Sake-no-Wan and have been addicted to Japanese sake. 👏🎉👏
And finally, I was able to get SNOW EXTRA from Akabu, which I have loved since I registered with Sake-no-wa, this season: ❗❗
When I found SNOW EXTRA in the showcase at my favorite liquor store, I asked the manager, "Can I buy this? I was so nervous that I asked the manager, "Can I buy this?
(Laughs) Akabu: I had SNOW EXTRA.
First of all, it was tasted without lees.
The nose has a slightly sour and fruity aroma that tickles the nostrils. Yes, yes, it is sour for an Akabu, but it is a nice aroma👍.
In the mouth, a refreshing sweetness and sourness fills the mouth, and while you feel a slight effervescence, it breaks off nicely as it is.
Mmmm, delicious!
Next, twirl the lees 😁.
The lactic acidity comes out and the rice flavor is mashed 🍚.
This is also delicious!!!
Usually there is a bitterness that comes out at the end of the taste along with the strong sweetness, but the sweetness is moderate and there is no bitterness due to the acidity, so it is very refreshing 😁.
It was a beautiful taste that greatly exceeded the expectations that it took me 3 years to get~ 👏👏
Today is Setsubun, so the entrée is ehoumaki👍.
