4th cup We moved the place to Niigata, recommended by Mr. U. I was surprised to see so many Niigata sake! There are so many sake breweries in Niigata! This sake is fruity, sweet and tasty with a good balance of flavors! The sake was easy to drink and delicious 💕. Tochio fried tofu with yuzu miso on top as a snack! I had a shiso kikurage rice ball to finish off the meal! The onigiri was fluffy👍! As expected from Niigata, the rice is delicious! We had a lot of secret talk and a lot of fun 😁. Thank you, Mr. U. 😄🙏

Good evening, Ponchan. I'm so jealous that you had a drink at Yamanaka Sake Shop! I'll look for that sake next time I'm in the area! Fried food is healthy and perfect as a side dish, isn't it? I often eat fried tofu in the toaster with crispy soil too!

Hiraccio, good evening 🌙 The Tochio fried tofu with yuzu miso on top was delicious💕I have a strong image of light and dry sake, but this one has a lot more depth to it, from sweet and tasty to fruity like the Kafuda sake! It is a restaurant I want to go back to 😆.
