This concludes last weekend's post!
Urasato-san's reputation for sakekawa is on the rise🤗I can't wait to see how it tastes like a sports drink 😊.
I'll be sipping it on the first day!
The aroma is fruity?
One sip and you're like, hmmm⁉️ this is definitely Aquarius😳It's fresh with a hint of sweetness☺️
Everyone said it was better to let it sit for a day, so I drank about 40% of it and brought it over!
A few days later I changed to a Riedel glass!
Hmmm...I knew the aroma was more pronounced here! It's a citrusy aroma 😌.
I was worried that the sweetness would become too strong, but maybe it's because of the glass, but it tastes better after a few days and goes down much easier!
I guess it's better to drink a well-balanced sake with just the right amount of flavor changes than a series of nigori sake!
Now that I've reported on Ibaraki sake, let's move on to the main topic, Tochigi Prefecture 😌.
Did you see the Kenmin Show a couple of weeks ago?
A rental company ranked Utsunomiya a whopping 4th in the Kanto metropolitan area in their "2023 Best Places to Live" ranking: ‼️
I'm sure the LRT and immigrant-friendly city planning is a factor, but I think the abundance of delicious Tochigi sake and our sakewa appeal are also major contributing factors 😆.
Utsunomiya is a pleasant place to live🤗.
