I'll leave the last drink to the landlady. She asked me if I wanted it sweet or spicy, so I said sweet. So I said sweet. I've had it before, but tasting it again as an after-dinner sake in an izakaya (Japanese style pub), it has a fascinating sweetness and acidity reminiscent of grapefruit, and a modern sake quality that is very appealing. This shop has a great selection of Kawanakajima and Genmai. I was drinking solo at the counter, but a gentleman who seemed to be a regular customer approached me in a friendly manner. What did you drink today? Have you had a Genmai?" He said, "I had a Gouen. The Genmai is at home, and I went to a sales event at Ikebukuro Seibu yesterday." "You're the one who went yesterday (the first day of the sales event)? It seems to have sold well and there were some out of stock. When did you go? I went at noon. I went at noon, and the amount of Kinmon Nishiki Shiboritate seemed to have decreased considerably." And so on, while conversing. We are looking forward to the Genmai in our refrigerator. Niigata Prefecture Sake 250 check in😌

Hilacchio-san 250 in one prefecture of Niigata is amazing ✨all that delicious sake ⤴️. I don't know how many times I'd have to turn around and choose Chitoku-san if I was from Miyazaki. I'm jealous 😆.

Thank you, Haruei Chichi. I've checked in on Hakkaisan, Tsurumei, and Jizuhari Tsuru many times with the same types, so I think I'm actually #230 😅. I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it's worth it.

Thank you, Manachi. Niigata has a wide range of wines from classic, light and dry for evening drinking to unique and cutting edge. I really enjoyed the Jyosu Mori as a finishing touch😊.

Thank you HarrySakeboy. I am taking a break from the liver one week and today is my day off. I tend to get a heart every week when I look at my check in calendar. 😅

Hi Rika, good evening. It's amazing to imagine how many check-ins you can get through with one brand. A friend of mine in the countryside drinks local sake warmed up every day, even in the summer, and if I were to start drinking sake, it would be an amazing sight!
