This time it is a light nigori Yamadanishiki produced in Kurodasho!
I was going to drink it a little later, but I was told that it is recommended to drink it as soon as possible, so I opened the bottle in a hurry!
So, let's drink it right away!
First day
First, the aroma. It has a refreshing aroma.
When you put it in your mouth, it has a beautiful mouthfeel.
Is it citrusy? The freshness is followed by a hint of sweetness that is irresistible!
The lingering bitter and pungent taste spreads slowly.
When it is nigori, it tastes a little richer and milder, but you can also feel a little chili-chili-stimulation.
As the temperature rises, the sweetness increases and the bitterness becomes milder.
Day 2
When I put it in my mouth, I can feel the umami more strongly.
Then, starting from the umami, the bitterness turns on and it is smooth and crisp.
The lingering aftertaste is very refreshing - it's great to feel a hint of sweetness.
This is the first time I have tasted Kuheiji's light nigori, and it was delicious!
