If you drink Ryujinmaru
I want to compare the Takagaki sake brewery ⁉️
So I compared with Kirari 😆.
The aroma of this one is also very robust 😳 This one is a little more refreshing.
The mouthfeel is quite heavy for a recent sake, but lighter than the Ryujinmaru we drank earlier.
The sharpness also has a rummy feel to it and is more refreshing than the Ryujinmaru, but I think this one has more of a cloying aftertaste. I think so.
When compared, I think they are lighter, but they are both quite heavy sakes 🍶.
Along with the drinking comparison,
I also compared Rasho from Ushiku and Yamaokaya from Ushiku.
Well, there is no comparison because they have completely different tastes 🤣.
Both are addictive and delicious 🍜.

I'm not able to revisit the Yamaoka family because it's so crowded 🥲.
