koge2What a thick, sweet sake! However, it is not persistently sweet, and the taste disappears rather quickly. However, the sweetness remains on the tongue. It is a strange sake that leaves one with a sense of "peace of mind" after drinking.
The aroma is the usual straw and mandarin oranges.
Brewed by Meijo Shuzo on consignment 一本義 仙介🇺🇦This sake is made by the Tomoda Sake Brewery in Toyooka City, Hyogo Prefecture.
Kanabe" is the name of a scenic spot in the city, Kannabe Kogen.
I went to Kannabe Kogen Roadside Station to buy it (the second photo is the view looking down from the Kannabe Kogen ski resort).
It has a chocolate-like aroma.
The spiciness that comes out of it is also bitter.
The sweetness that comes in the aftertaste is also bitter.
It is consistently bitter and savory, making me feel like I am drinking a chocolate drink. I like this kind of drink.
How about when it is heated up?
The flavor is light and lively.
The generous mouthfeel is firm and complements the lightness.
As it cools down, the bitterness comes back and accents it.
It is best served slightly hot (lukewarm). RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
