A brewery along the Yahagi River in Toyota City, Aichi Prefecture.
After eating sweetfish at Hirose Yana, we extended our legs a little and visited.
The pamphlet says it's very sweet, rich, and super soft water, and the recommended Hatsu-Shibori doesn't come in a 4-pack, so I bought a 4-pack of the special junmai.
It's not super sweet as they said, but it has a good sweetness and richness. I'd like to try the others.
I don't know much about sake, but they explained it to me very carefully.
