I've often seen Zanshin, but is it Omachi?
The sweetness (umami) goes into the bitterness.
I didn't feel the acidity that was mentioned in the introduction.
I didn't feel any acidity.
But it makes it more appetizing.
What's that? Isn't this easier to drink before the acidity increases?
