Sato Sake Brewery, which brews Koshu Umebayashi, commemorates the 350th anniversary of the opening of the Nokidome Waterworks by brewing this sake with 100% rice produced by the Asakano Agricultural Cooperative. This sake has a flowery, mellow aroma yet profound flavor. Today's dish was our treasured Wagyu beef cured ham, which went very well with the sake. Of course, I think this sake goes well with fish dishes as well. Oh, it was delicious!  ╰(*´´*)╯♡♡
