It has been a long time since the last Kangiku.
The aroma is restrained for a Kangiku, but it is juicy and fruity.
The taste is modern and well-balanced, with a strong sense of slight effervescence in the introduction, but the sweetness is restrained. There is some bitterness and a weaker acidity.
The taste is calm and balanced with a low sweetness, but it also retains a slight fizziness that reminds one of a fresh fall sake.
The label's hue is also probably intended for autumn harvest.
