Terada Honke no Musuhi
Curious about the words "germinated brown rice sake", I ordered it.
Polishing ratio 100%, that's brown rice, so it's not polished.
I had it warmed up.
It looked milky white, like amazake? I thought it was amazake!
The lactic acid aroma and strong acidity is similar to that of Bodai Hashiro sake.
I think it is a good sake with umami and acidity.
It is not something I would recommend, but I personally think it is worth trying at least once.
