I bought a bottle for the New Year's holidays, but I couldn't resist and opened it today.

In the past, when I've been asked to bring a recommended brand, or a sake to bring to a celebration, I've always prepared it with taste and season in mind.
If this brand were available any time of year as a seasonal brew or as a frozen fresh sake, I would use it as an errand item for all kinds of occasions with a big smile on my face! It is a taste that I would like to have.
