Today I opened a bottle of Tenkyu, a set of 5 bottles I had bought before 😀.
It seems to be a limited brand of Hanaharu Sake Brewery's special dealers in the prefecture!
It is made with Yume-no-Ko and is easy to drink with a gentle sweetness and acidity, and I felt that the characteristics of the rice were well expressed 😊.
It would be good with tsukune sauce 👍.
