It smells like Shaoxing sake and is dry 😊.

Today we will have the Junmai Daiginjo.
The concept of the brewery is to create a delicate sake that goes well with vegetables, so the aroma, umami, and acidity are quite restrained.
It is a clean sake with a refreshing finish and good acidity.
It is a beautiful sake with a refreshing yet moderately acidic aftertaste! It is a bottle that makes you feel that this is the way to go. It was delicious 😆.
