Timeline
ねむちYamanashi, Minami-Alps City. Taikan Corporation.
Taikai's local sake, Junmai-shu.
Purchased at a supermarket in Yamanashi
One of the four-pack bottles brought back from the trip (8/10).
I bought it thinking that I had never seen it in Kansai prefecture, but I was surprised to know that it was sold in Kansai too 😅....
I had it with cold sake.
The color is clear and not so much color.
The aroma is mild and a little sour.
The mouthfeel is soft and clear.
The attack of classical acidity on the tongue and the smooth transition from acidity to a smooth, sharp spiciness.
A little fruity acidity in the middle, but the aftertaste is more than clean, light and dry.
I somehow thought it was a sharp sake with a clear outline.
Ingredients: rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic)
Rice used: 100% domestic rice (100% Yamadanishiki)
Rice polishing ratio:65
Alcohol Content:14%. boukenNemuchi-san That was accidental 😅The selection is different from normal supermarkets, so I was wondering if there is something there? I was wondering 🤔.
I went to Kakogawa a long time ago because I heard they had Taikan, but I struck out 💦.
A liquor store that only stocks rare brands 🤣. ねむちGood evening, bouken-san 🌛Your information network extends to supermarkets, and I admire your energy 🙇Yamanashi Prefecture also has sake that we haven't seen yet, what is this? I hope you will have an event in the Kansai area 🤣. boukenI bought it at a supermarket that deals with organic products, which is run by Life. This is my first time drinking Taikan sake.
The koji rice is Yamadanishiki from Yamanashi Prefecture, and the kake rice is Koshihikari from Yamagata Prefecture.
It's called "Hohotaru" and it's a suikei. I can't read 🤣.
Grain-like aroma.
It is not as spicy as I thought it would be, but has a strong rice flavor. Tastes like Niidashi sanshu. A little sourness like rare cheese cake.
When I first started drinking sake, I heard that a sake called Kuzusei from Taikan Shuzo was delicious, but I've never seen it for sale... ねむちGood evening, bouken🌛You are drinking Taikan 😳I found Junmai at a supermarket in Yamanashi 😁It seems that Taikan is also made using the brewing facilities of Yokouchi Sake Brewery under the brand name Sakaki Masamune, but I could not find Sakaki Masamune😓. boukenNemuchi-san Good evening 🌃It seems that they moved from Kofu to Yokouchi Sake Brewery's site in Southern Alps in search of high quality water 😊.
I was also informed that Taikan and Sakaki Masamune are the same in content with different labels 🤔. koge2It is said to have been named after the "taikan" (crown) that a military officer who had risen in the ranks was said to wear when celebrating his success in life.
At first, I thought it was "spicy! but as I continued drinking, I was surprised at how mellow the sake was! The sweetness and spiciness lurking in the depths are intertwined and delicious.
This is the 545th one-cup, one-pack festival bottle. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
