This is a product brewed by the major sake brewer Gekkeikan. It is said to transcend the genres of ginjo and daiginjo, focusing instead on the aroma. It has a strong peach aroma, but it is not like a sweet liqueur; instead, it has a rich, robust flavor. This is an aggressively made sake.
