Mixseed" is a coined word that combines "Mix (mix)" and "Seed (seed).
Seed refers to the young brewers at Hachinohe Brewery.
Like seeds that are about to sprout, young brewers with great potential have joined forces to create the sake they want to express themselves. This is what "Mixseed" is all about.

I want to try a unique nigori sake!
In response to a request from within the company, Mr. Ishibashi created "ShAKE.
It is a dry nigori sake.
I don't like nigori sake because it is too sweet.
For those who are not so fond of nigori sake, this is the sake you should definitely try.
The rice used for "ShAKE" is Aomori Prefecture's "Hanabukiyuki" rice suitable for sake brewing, grown in the company's own rice fields.
Mr. Ishibashi grows the rice himself and brews it with his own hands.
This is the consistent brewing process of Shinya Ishibashi's wholehearted devotion!
