The sake made from Isehikari sold at Ise Sekiya is made by Sekiya Shuzo in Mikawa, Aichi Prefecture. It has a clear but rich taste, and because the bottle is so small, it is officially called Himeshin Koka. It was served with hiryozu from Ise Wakamatsuya. Delicious.
