etorannzyu
The sake that I bought at Cosga last year.
I bought it before they changed the rice polishing from 55% to 50%.
I'd like to buy it from Hanaup too, but
I'd like to buy it, but it's only available in one bottle.
I'm sure I'll be able to get the XX Junmai Ginjo which is on sale today.
The aroma is not that of ginjo or rice
Very sweet aroma
The taste is also very sweet like Japanese Sanbon.
There is no bitterness and the acidity is clear and crisp.
It is not a sweet flavor or a sweet bitterness.
It's a really sweet sake.
It also has a slight yellowish tinge.
The sake cup we use was purchased from Gonoi.
The Akabeko is cute, isn't it?
Compared to Hanaup, this is a little different in direction.
That one has a strong image as a sweet and tasty sake.
It's not that it's bad, but if you're talking about this brewery
I think I like Hanamura better.
