Here's a fresh, summery look. It's not even a summer day today, but I decided to open the bottle to blow off the recent humidity.
Sparkling is Nanaken's specialty! It's cosy, sophisticated, clear, refreshing, gassy, and also creamy.
It's also low in alcohol, so it goes down easy. Oh no, it's dangerous! To enjoy the lees flavor, drink it in a fat wine glass. I thought I would drink it in a champagne glass for the fizziness, but I like to spend a leisurely evening drinking.
