This is the first of the 2025 hanpukai, the Yonotori series!
Although it is a kijo-zake, the amount of water used was reduced to the utmost limit to brew this bottle, and it was a very rich and sweet Yonotori!
Compared to the Yonotori, which is a kijo-shu but has a refreshing sweetness and acidity, we enjoyed the rich sweetness of the Yonotori!
