Kai no Kaiun Kairi Tokubetsu Junmai Nama Nama sake, limited edition.
Kai Kaiun" is from Shizuoka Prefecture, but "Kai no Kaiun" is also available in Yamanashi Prefecture.
I was informed by the Sakegawa Group that there is a sake brewery near Lake Kawaguchi, and I immediately dropped by Ide Brewery to purchase this limited edition sake from the brewery.
This is one of the 4-goupe bottles (1/10 of a bottle) that I brought back from my trip.
We enjoyed it cold.
The color is quite pale and yellowish.
The top aroma is of fruity sweet fruits. It is apple-like.
The mouthfeel is smooth, with a fresh citrus-like acidity.
A slight fruity sweetness leads to a citrus aroma on the nose.
After swallowing, you will feel a slight burning sensation in your throat. The tongue feels tingling.
The alcohol content is a little high.
Since it has a strong punch, I tried it on the rocks and with soda, which I have not done very often.
On the rocks, it has a slight citrus flavor, which makes it easy to drink and doubles the flavor.

Hi Pon-chan 😃The alcohol content is a little high, but I didn't like the aftertaste, so I watered it down and it became much easier to drink 😋I buy too many brands that I can't find in the Kansai area because I want to try them 🤣.
