It is completely different from the Junmai Ginjo Seha Mangetsu (hiyaoroshi) released in the fall, and the spring version is a blend of several different types of sake. It has a gentle ginjo aroma and a clean, slightly bitter taste, but it also has a delicious flavor and is easy to drink. The best thing about it is that I was surprised at its cost performance 😳. Ingredients: Rice (domestic), Rice Koji (domestic)     Brewing alcohol Alcohol content: less than 15-16 Rice Polishing Ratio: Sake Degree +2 Acidity 1.8
