Drinking at a tavern near Fukuma Station
A brand I've never had before
I remember seeing it in a magazine or something.
Drink it cold.
A loud sound is heard when the bottle is opened, indicating that it is highly carbonated.
Clear and colorless with many bubbles
Very mild aroma
Sweet taste similar to sugar in the mouth
Surprisingly, there is not much carbonation.
Long aftertaste, with the sweetness lingering in the mouth for a while.
Tingling and dryness accompany the taste.
Because of its strong sweetness, it is a sake that requires a good choice of accompaniments.
If you look closely, you will see that Koshihikari rice is used as the raw material, which is an unusual specification.
The label is stylish.
