The percentage of koji used is 39%, which is unusual for a sake that normally uses about 20% koji. The sake degree is indicated as -23. The color is a little yellowish. The mouthfeel is still sweet, but then the sourness and dryness of sake appear, and you think it's going to end, but then the sweetness lingers again. I drank it cold, but I hear it's also good heated. I'll have to give it a try.
