I was curious about this sake at Sake-no-wa last year, but failed to buy it. I couldn't decide between Miyamanishiki and Sasanishiki, but I went with Sasanishiki, which I usually drink. Sake with a clean aftertaste and beautiful acidity. Yesterday, the second day, it also hid a pineapple🍍 like flavor that I didn't notice on the first day: ‼️ Don't worry, there is no natto smell or stickiness 😆.
