This is a reissue by Ishikawa Brewery of a brand that used to be made at another brewery, and is brewed with food rice.
It has a nice yellow color. The aroma is of rice. It has a complex flavor, which is a good thing because it is made from rice that has been polished at a low rice polishing rate. It is not a beautiful sake, but it is an attractive and delicious sake.
