It's a collaboration with tehajime and kurand. It's only 8% alcohol, so it's a great sake for beginners!
The opening of the bottle didn't have much of an aroma, but on the palate, the aroma and taste of Riesling, like a white wine. The bitterness of the grapefruit and the acidity of the white grapes, together with the taste of white grapefruit, is very pleasant.
There was a nice apple aroma in my nose, and it was sweet.
It's fruity and juicy! The alcohol is low, so even those who don't like sake can drink it lightly. It is not too alcoholic, but sweet and has a nice sour taste.
